Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Paidy post-payment
Paidy will send you an email or SMS (short message) between the 1st and 3rd of the following month after the end of the month to confirm your monthly billing.
Payment can be made at convenience stores (payment at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, or account transfer.
Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th*. (If the date is a bank holiday, it will be the next business day.)
Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, a 390 yen (tax included) fee will be charged. In the case of account transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

Payment in the following month (Convenience store/ Account transfer)

You will receive an email at the beginning of the month following your purchase with the number you need to pay by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or at a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please make your payment before the end of the month via the smartphone application or Web My Page.
(1) Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
(2) Electronic barcode (Convenience store)
(3) Postcard billing (Convenience store)
(4) Account transfer
Convenience store terminals / bank ATMs (Pay-easy) are not available at Seven-Eleven convenience stores.
Electronic barcode and postcard invoices can be paid at Seven-Eleven convenience stores.
*There is no settlement fee.
A billing fee of 209 yen (tax included) will be charged only for the month of use. (No charge for account transfer.)
The payment due date varies depending on the payment method.

Post-payment (Convenience store/Bank ATM) - atone

After your order is completed, you can pay at a convenience store or bank ATM.
You only need your cell phone number and e-mail address to use this service right away.
The post-payment fee is 209 yen (tax included).
The day after your order is confirmed, you will be notified of the invoice amount by e-mail and SMS.



Delivery Charge
The delivery fee for purchased items is 880 yen (tax included).


Return Policy
In principle, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, we will accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt of the product, but only if the product is different from your order or is defective.
In the above cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.
Please contact us via our contact form with a description of the condition of the product and a photo of the product.

For normal delivery, the product will be delivered within 3-14 business days from the date of order.
